Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have about four LBB videos that I need to upload on YouTube and share here, but I've been busy in other areas where I've actually earned a little bit of extra cash. I've been making stamped key chains (and a few necklaces) so I've been doing that instead of blogging :)

Trying to play catch up... soon!

Sorry for the delay in blog posts and YouTube videos. A *lot* has been going on around here. All three of our kids have had a virus and we, unfortunately, caught it as well. I never get sick. Never say never though, right?! Blah. That's just one of the many things. I hope to get back to posting blog posts within the next few days. Thanks for your patience!!

Little Black Bag ~ Quick Arrival Photo ~ September 2012

I have misplaced the battery charger for my DSLR so I'm unable to take high quality photos for the time being. Here's a quick shot I took with my iPhone & I'll be able to post some in my next blog post that I took with my husband's point and shoot. I really miss being able to use my camera though - I haven't been able to find the charger for 2 weeks :(

So, anyway, this LBB arrival? I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE it more than I could put into words. Both bags are so far beyond beautiful. I will do a full review in my next blog post (and I have the CUTEST Little Black Bag unboxing video *EVER* to upload for this round) but, until then, here's the names and price of what I received in the mail today:

What's in my Bag: Little Black Bag {starting bag}

Oooooh, I'm working on another Little Black Bag (<--- my referral link, if you'd like to sign up - it'll open in another window) as I type this blog post! :)

Just thought I'd show a quick picture of how my bag started this time!!!

The Koret Bamboozled Tote bag was what I chose to start my bag with! The stylists then put the 'ZAD Origami Bird Necklace and the ncLA Hollywood and Vine nail polish as my other two items. With my referral, I received the 'ZAD Totem Pole Necklace. Then, when I applied the promo code, I received the Betsey Johnson Two Row Hippo and Heart Necklace.

How AWESOME was that as a starting bag?!!! I'm telling you, I would have gladly just closed my bag right then and there & had it shipped to me - but the fun of the website is the trading. Still though - I hope another bag I open will end up like this one - seriously fantastic, in my opinion haha

My bag closes in 1 day and 2 hours so, once it's shipped to me, I'll share photos of what I received (like last time). This is my fifth bag... my fourth should be arriving in the mail tomorrow - so THOSE photos will be coming up soon as well. I'm slightly addicted ;)

Little Black Bag - Unboxing - August 2012

I joined Little Black Bag (<---- my referral links, if you'd like to sign up; page will open in another window) at the end of July 2012 after hearing about it in a YouTube video from a beauty guru. My husband said I could order two because our wedding anniversary was coming up. Then, he bought himself something expensive and told me I could order two more - woohoo! haha :) I got THREE in the mail on August 9th, so I wanted to post my first blog entry about it.

If you haven't heard of Little Black Bag:

*It's a subscription website that costs $50 per month, but you can skip any month you wish. If you'd like to try it out instead of making a monthly commitment, just pay a one time fee of $59. Your bag will always be worth at least $100 though, if not more.

*It is FREE to sign up. You will take a style quiz, then pick out an item from the gallery that you like. The stylists will use your style quiz to match you up with 2-3 more items and put it in your bag. The other items are a surprise though! Koret Let it Shine Tote - $108

This bag is VERY NICE! It looks and feels like durable material. It's very spacious!

To help keep the bottom a little cleaner.

It has a sort of 'perforated' look.

It's a large bag, as you can see!

It has the chrome-like handles & also this very nice shoulder strap. 

It has a cute removable mirror inside.

Ah, dont'cha just LOVE the interior? I know I sure do! :)

It has a zipper compartment and these two smaller pockets.

Steve Madden Round Frame Bling Sunglasses - $36

I cannot tell you how much I love these!

They glasses are wonderful & the 'bling' is just that something extra that makes all the difference!

BCBGeneration Studs & Zippers Bracelet - $18

I know a LOT of you didn't/don't like these bracelets, but it is SO CUTE in person!

Street Level Animal Messenger Bag - $70

This bag is HUUUUUUGE! If you think you can imagine, think BIGGER! haha

I wanted this bag like something terrible, but I had messed my bag up and only had one item. One of the girls on the site and I kept trying and trying and trying to trade, but it wouldn't work. I couldn't trade down to it because I kept getting a message saying I had to keep a minimum of $75 in my bag, but this was $5 under that. We were talking about it in chat when another girl popped in and asked me what my email address was. She GIFTED me a $20 pair of earrings just so I could trade with the other girl and get the bag I wanted. I thought that was such a nice thing to do! The girls on the chat are so helpful, I'm telling you that now. You will make some friends so don't be afraid to hop in there and start talking. So, thank you to J C who helped make it possible for me to get my hands on this! I appreciate it so much :)

I did not know that the bag opened like this. I thought the other part just raised up and there was the inside. My husband videoed me opening these boxes and you can hear the shock in my voice haha So there is the zipper and also the top part that opens. They both lead to the exact same areas.

Big Buddha Sequin Drawstring Bag - $80

This bag is BEAUTIFUL in person. I was very surprised at how heavy it was though. My husband said I could probably remove one of the chain straps to lighten it up a little bit. I thought the inside was just one small compartment, but it's surprisingly larger than I was expecting and has a zippered compartment. 

That's all of the photos and reviews for now. I seriously love Little Black Bag and will definitely be shopping their website again. I actually already have.... I closed my fourth bag yesterday morning!! hahaha :) I'll post another blog when that box arrives. I'm going to have to stay away from LBB until September though so I can have grocery money to feed our 3 little munchkins LOL ;) I'll try to upload the videos to my YouTube channel asap & embed them in this post.
